Below is a training session from California State University, Bakersfield, from the 2014 season.
We had the following goals for the session:
1. Establishing roles and responsibilities of our center forward when we are in possession.
2. Quality of service into the center forward. Don’t ‘hit and hope’.
3. Once the center forward is in possession, we can take advantage of opportunities to attack.
4. Final product – remember, we are playing off the center forward in an attempt to create chances!
